Refunds and Returns Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Unless received damaged or non-working, the ISG will not accept return of any equipment items or StudyGem Sets purchased through this website. This includes domestic and international sales. Items received damaged in shipping will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of the ISG. 

International Shipping: Students are 100% responsible for all customs and import duties for all shipments sent to you from this website. No exceptions. Shipments that are returned due to the student not paying the customs or import duties in your country will result in a restoking fee of 20% pending inspection of the shipment as received in good order.

Legal Jurisdiction: In the unlikely event of a legal dispute on any issue, the agreed jurisdiction for all actions will be Bexar County, Texas.
